Before returning an item make sure your order is back to us within 14 days of receipt & please note we don’t provide refunds for change of mind, sale items, unless faulty.
Please note that return postage is at your own expense.
EXCHANGING YOUR ITEM:
Have you received your order and excitedly opened the package only to discover:
Your item is the incorrect size? It doesn’t quite suit you?It’s not exactly what you thought it was? Or You’ve simply changed your mind?
No need to panic, if you aren’t completely happy with your order, it may be exchanged for another item of equal value or a SODA gift voucher. Exchanges are possible within 14 days of the purchase date on the invoice within Australia, or 21 days for international purchases. Simply follow the steps below and we’ll have you smiling in no time.
EXCHANGING YOUR ITEM FOR ANOTHER ITEM ONLINE
1. Ensure that the product is unworn, unwashed, and has the tags attached. (Sorry no garments that smell of perfume, deodorant or have make-up stains or marks on them will be accepted).
2. We will try our best to fill your request, but unfortunately we can’t guarantee that the item you are after will be in stock. If your item is unavailable, or your requested exchange is lesser or greater than the cost of your original item, we will automatically issue you with an online SODA gift voucher that can be used to buy something else you love! (And don’t worry, they’re valid for 12 months, plenty of time to find your next must have item).
4. Include a copy of your original invoice and your completed exchange form in your parcel.

The details of your online SODA gift voucher will be emailed through to you once your exchange has been finalised.
The online SODA gift voucher will be for the value of your returned item as stated on your original invoice.
All returns will be processed within five to seven business days of SODA receiving your parcel.
Please note SODA is not able to exchange sale items.
Exchanges will only be issued on sale items, if the product is deemed to be faulty, has a manufacturer fault or has arrived broken or damaged. Please see below for further details regarding refunds and faulty items.
RECEIVING A REFUND FOR YOUR FAULTY ITEM
1. Ensure that the product is unworn, unwashed, and has the tags attached. (Sorry no garments that smell of perfume, deodorant or have makeup stains or marks on them will be accepted).
2. clearly identify that you would like a refund for your faulty item and explain the fault of your product.
3. Include a copy of your original invoice and your completed exchange form in your parcel.
4. Post it back to SODA, the address is listed at the bottom of the form.
Once your faulty item has been received, approved and processed, the cost of your item will be refunded to the credit card or PayPal account used on your original purchase.
Please allow 5-10 working days for this to show on your credit card or PayPal statement.
However, if on return, the product in question is assessed by our customer service team and found to function as designed, then SODA may refuse to refund the full cost of the product. In this instance, you will automatically be issued with an online SODA gift voucher to the value of your returned item minus the return delivery cost, which equates to $10.00.
If your faulty item is not approved, all gift vouchers issued as a replacement for a refund will be online SODA gift vouchers. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Please Note: If the returned item is found to function as designed, but has been worn or is deemed unsellable due to wear, SODA may refuse to process the faulty item as an exchange or a refund. In this instance, if you choose to have your item sent back to you, you will be sent a request for payment of postage, which equates to $10.00.
All returns will be processed within five to seven business days of receiving your parcel.
We check all the items as they leave SODA headquarters to ensure that only the highest level of quality is sent to our customers but unfortunately some things may manage to slip past us.
